Do you offer shipping nationwide?

Yes. We ship nationwide. Shipping fees are up to β‚±500 nationwide per battery box, with each box containing up to 4 battery cells, and are collected separately via Cash on Delivery (COD). For smaller items such as BMS and accessories, shipping fees are typically around β‚±200 depending on location. Delivery times may vary by location.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and courier availability.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted payment methods are listed during checkout or discussed during order confirmation.

Do you offer pickup at your physical store?

Yes. Store pickup is available at our physical location: Purok 16 employes village, Poblacion, Kapatagan, Lanao del Norte

πŸ›‘ Warranty & Authenticity

Do your batteries come with a warranty?

Yes. All eligible products include a limited replacement warranty, subject to verification and compliance with usage requirements.

  • Battery cells (sold individually) are covered by a 3-year replacement warranty for verified factory defects only.
  • Battery packs assembled and sold by us are covered by a 5-year replacement warranty, with the BMS covered for 1 year.
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, incorrect configuration, or user error is not covered.

Warranty claim requirements (IMPORTANT)

⚠️ This section applies ONLY to customers who purchased BATTERY CELLS (cell-only purchases).

To be eligible for a battery cell warranty claim, buyers who assembled their own battery packs must provide proof of proper assembly and protection, including:

  • βœ… Installed BMS (Required for cell-only purchases)
    Proof that the cells were assembled and operated with a compatible and properly configured Battery Management System (BMS).

  • βœ… Top balancing proof (Required for cell-only purchases)
    Clear proof that the battery cells were top balanced before first use (e.g. photos, video, or balancing logs).

Failure to provide these proofs may result in denial of the warranty claim, even if the claim is made within the 3-year warranty period.


Important note for battery packs assembled by us

Battery packs assembled and sold by us are professionally built, properly top balanced, and equipped with a correctly configured BMS.

Warranty claims for assembled packs will be evaluated based on normal usage conditions and warranty coverage stated at the time of purchase.


How do I verify the serial number?

You can verify the serial number using our Serial Number Check Guide, available in the Guides section of the website.


What voids the warranty?

The warranty may be voided by any of the following:

  • Improper installation or handling
  • Physical damage or tampering
  • Unauthorized modifications
  • Incorrect series or parallel configuration
  • Operating cell-only purchases without a BMS
  • Incorrect or unsafe BMS configuration
  • Failure to top balance cells for self-assembled packs
  • Misuse or operation outside recommended specifications
